With qualifications as a Legal Practitioner and Social Worker, Ian has worked in legal services and in disability services. His responsibilities at Novita include governance, risk management and quality assurance. Following Novita's transition to a Company Limited by Guarantee, Ian has been appointed as Company Secretary.
