For many Novita kids, it can take years of therapy, support and hard work before they are able to take their very first steps. So to help these little stars on their amazing journeys, Novita is heading 'down every street' to raise money and awareness for South Aussie kids living with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries.

The 2009 Down Every Street Appeal will run during August when we hope to raise thousands of dollars to support Novita’s kids.

A little bit of history…

From humble beginnings in 1953, Novita’s Down Every Street Appeal has grown into one of the largest appeals of its type in South Australia. In 2008 more than 300 Novita auxiliary members and volunteers joined forces to support the appeal, raising thousands of dollars through fundraising events and generous community support.

How can you support the appeal?

It's easy for members of the public to support this year's appeal and help make a difference to hundreds of young lives.

You can volunteer to be a Novita collector or hold special fundraising events in your local community, such as casual days or morning teas with friends and family.

Donations can be made directly to Novita's door-knock volunteers, online or by calling 1300-NOVITA (1300 668 482).
