How and where services are provided

Services at school

Novita attempts to ensure that services are delivered as flexibly as possible, taking into account the life circumstances of each client and their family.

In an effort to make sure that the support provided is of maximum practical benefit, services are provided in a wide variety of settings, including the family home, child care centres, pre-schools, schools, community sports clubs and more...

Services are almost always provided by teams in recognition that teams deliver better results than people working in isolation. Teams include the client, key family members and a selection of Novita staff.

Novita believes that thorough assessment, and careful planning and monitoring of services are important in achieving practical and valued results.
