Services
Novita is committed to improving the lives of children living with disabilities and their families by encouraging them to live, learn and play in an environment that is fostered by the principles of fun and achievement.
When it comes to supporting our families, we know that children learn and develop best in an environment in which they are comfortable. This is why, where possible, our dedicated staff support our children and their families at home, at school, in country areas and right across the community, ensuring each child has every opportunity to reach their full potential.
Novita provides the essential support, therapy and special equipment our children need to really ‘connect with their worlds’. Some of Novita’s most common services include:
Therapy and family support services
Novita’s therapy and family support staff visit families of children with physical disabilities at home, school and even at child care to provide occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, psychology and family support. Services are provided via the Early Childhood Service, Child & Adolescent Service and Regional Services teams.
