Cale Dalton is a parent of a child with a disability. Cale has been involved with Novita for 14 years as a member of the Board of Directors, from which he retired in November 2004.
Cale has been a valued member of the Board. His personal and professional background has contributed towards the significant development of Novita Children’s Services. During Cale’s time as a Board Member Novita has:
- integrated services in the local communities within which it operates
- embraced a ‘family centred’ approach to service delivery
- undergone a successful change in corporate identity
- achieved quality management or 'five-tick' certification for it’s administrative functions and clinical services
- undertaken major changes to its buildings.
Cale’s community links with key individuals and other agencies within the disability field have also added value to his contribution as a Board Member.
Cale is a genuine and committed individual when it comes to dealing with the issues affecting people with disabilities, their families and carers.
