Dave McNally has been a volunteer at Novita’s Regency Park Centre swimming pool since 1991.
During that 14 year period, Dave has been a wonderful support to the swimming staff and is much loved by the children who access the facility. He has a great rapport with the children and their families and nothing is too difficult for Dave - he is pleased to help at any time.
Dave spends an average of 15 hours each week at the pool, which equates to nearly 10,000 hours of service to children using the hydrotherapy pool.
Dave has also been a generous supporter of Novita by way of financial donations and the sponsorship of events.
Dave was awarded a Novita Honorary Life Membership in 2005 in recognition of his generous contribution to Novita.

In 2006, he decided to sponsor Novita's Recreation and Sporting Achievement Award, inspired by his involvement with the swimming activities, and continues to do so. The award is presented each year to a Novita client who has shown determination to achieve in a sporting or recreational capacity.
