View of Toy & Resource CentreThe Toy and Resource Centre (TRC) is a specialist library that provides a wide range of resources for children living with physical disabilities to assist them to play, learn and 'connect with their worlds'.

The TRC also supports the professional and research requirements of Novita staff.

The TRC's mission is to achieve excellence in the provision and promotion of information and resources to Novita clients and staff.

Who can borrow from the TRC?

  • Eligible Novita clients, Novita staff and tertiary students on approved placements with Novita can borrow resources from the TRC Disability Collection.
  • Only eligible Novita clients and Novita Client Services staff can borrow from the Toy and Software Collection.
  • Members of the public can access the collection via Interlibrary Loan services offered by public and university libraries.

Where is the TRC located? 

 The TRC is located on the ground floor of the Regency Park Centre, the head office of Novita.

What are the hours of opening for the TRC?

  • Tuesdays - 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
  • Wednesdays - 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
  • Thursdays - 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

The Centre closes over the Christmas - New Year Break and re-opens in January.
