What sets us apart?

Multidisciplinary approach

We believe in a multidisciplinary approach towards therapy and service provision. This allows you to work across multiple disciplines and practices to build a greater skill set and promote creative thinking. We encourage cross-collaboration, inter-disciplinary support and out-of-the-box solutions to everyday issues. By experiencing and engaging with other perspectives and approaches, clinicians can support clients to achieve important goals and outcomes.

Opportunities for learning and professional development

We support a wide range of people with different needs and goals. This means that by working at Novita you will have a variety of caseloads, learning important and unique skills to advance your career. Clinicians are invited to listen and contribute to knowledge building in collaboration with their peers through lectures, learning bites and professional development sessions.

Foundations for support

There are strong elements of support when working in our allied health team. From the beginning, you’ll be supported by both your supervisors and your peers. Our teams are encouraged to ask questions to encourage best practice and innovative solutions for our clients. At Novita, we work on finding solutions together and put trust in our staff as we build their confidence and unlock their potential.

New graduate program

Support from the start

The aim of our new graduate program is to provide you with the support that you need as you begin your career and to uncover and develop your passion.

Our program is based on support. You will be supported by a whole of team approach including our clinical leads, other therapists and your team leader. We want to ensure that our therapists feel confident, comfortable and capable of providing important services to our clients.

Why new graduates love Novita

A seamless transition from study – our program is designed to facilitate the transition between recent study and employment. Sometimes starting a new job after university can be daunting, but we provide extensive support to all our new graduates (including peer-support, workshops and learning opportunities) to ensure that they feel right at home

We are here to support our team – we want new graduates to understand that they will be supported throughout their time with us. We can tailor our support to suit individual needs and work with team members to reach their full potential.

Learning opportunities – we want our team members to be across industry trends, disability support and best practice. From attending lectures, workshops, small group activities, and hearing from various speakers around the organisation, we ensure that our team is knowledgeable across all aspects of practice.

Adventure and experience – as a new graduate at Novita, you’ll have the chance to explore a wide range of practice areas, working with diverse conditions, caseloads, and support needs. You’ll also be encouraged to expand your experience by working across different locations, including our regional hubs in South Australia and New South Wales.

We’re always looking for passionate people like you to join us! Hear from our amazing staff about what it’s like to work here and why they wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
