Core Sports is all about keeping your child strong and flexible. We do this through practising yoga and pilates style exercises as well as trying out some different sports to develop skills like balance, catching and core strength.
This group is great for kids to meet each other, socialise and have fun in a safe environment. Come along and give it a go!
