Fit and Fun is a weekly gym group to help build your child’s skills to get involved in sport and other physical activities – it’s all about having a go! This group is fantastic for developing confidence and social skills and will help make fitness fun.
Our Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist who run Fit and Fun can also support the transition to community sports teams. So why not come along, and have a go!

Everyone is welcome. Children with autism or developmental delays could benefit from this group.

Fit and Fun for Modbury is held at Turramurra Recreation Centre, 1000 Lower North East Rd, Highbury.
Fit and Fun for Hindmarsh is held at River Park Reserve, Moorfield Terrace, Allenby Gardens.
Fit and Fun for Parafield Gardens is held at Parafield Gardens Recreation Centre, Cnr Kings & Martins Rds, Parafield Gardens.
