Leaving school can be both exciting and uncertain, especially for young people living with disability. We understand how important it is to have the right support during this time of change.
That’s why we’ve created our School Leavers pathway – a tailored approach that supports participants build job-ready skills, boost social confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their goals in the community.
Our programs, including Transition to Work, are designed to increase quality of life. From preparing for job interviews and managing personal finances, to developing everyday life skills and building lasting social connections.

At our Open Day, you’ll:
