As a registered NDIS provider, all services that we offer under the NDIS are aligned with the pricing limits set by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and outlined in the tables below.

A loading is applied for regional services based on the Modified Monash Model (MMM) classification area. A loading applies from MMM-2 classification and above.
We include a standard amount of time for all our direct therapy sessions which covers session preparation and notes.
Session preparation time includes reviewing goals and planning activities and equipment to use.
Then after the session we record important information, as a clinical note, as well as next steps for future appointments.
This consistent approach, ensures that we are dedicating sufficient time to these important tasks and our clients get the most out of their therapy sessions.
For therapy sessions running 30 minutes or less, we will automatically include a minimum 10 minutes of session preparation and clinical note time.
For therapy sessions running more than 30 minutes, we will automatically include a minimum 15 minutes of session preparation and clinical note time.
On your invoice, this time will be included in your therapy time. If additional time is required, this will be discussed with you.
Our therapists can also travel to meet you in the most convenient location.
We charge the standard rate for that therapy discipline. The time is capped at a maximum of 30 minutes each way in a metro area and 60 minutes each way in a regional area.
Travel time above these time limits is negotiated.
Travel costs also include non-staff costs, to cover things such as petrol and vehicles. This is charged per kilometer at $1.10 in a metro area and $1.20 in a regional area.
Travel costs also include where a therapist travels from one Novita location to another Novita location to deliver your service.
