Give through Workplace Giving

Workplace giving is a joint relationship between employers, employees and charities.
What is workplace giving?

Employees can contribute a small portion of their pre-tax salary to Novita and receive the tax benefit straight away.

Employer benefits

It’s a great opportunity for employers to match the donation of their staff and enhance their engagement, retention, productivity, reputation and social impact. It’s win-win!

How does Workplace Giving work?

Workplace giving, also known as payroll giving, allows employees to give a
regular pre-tax donation to a charity direct from their pay.
By naming Novita as your nominated charity, you’re helping us improve the lives
of over 5,000 South Australian children, adults and their families who are
registered for our services and programs.

For Employers The benefits of workplace giving

Workplace giving not only makes a difference in the lives of kids and those who
are registered for our services and programs – it also brings advantages to your

organisation, such as:

  • helping to achieve long-term corporate social responsibility goals
  • defining company culture and organisational values
  • boosting employee morale
  • attracting and retaining talent – with employees wanting to work for an
organisation that makes a positive impact.
