This one-day workshop provides clinicians, educators and support professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to support individuals who require alternative access methods to use PODD communication books.
While many PODD communication books are designed for direct access, effective communication is still possible for people who cannot directly point to symbols. This workshop explores a range of alternative access methods that enable individuals with complex physical disabilities to communicate more independently and effectively.
