Here’s what sets us apart:
Paid training and learning opportunities
We cover the cost and your time for all required training including CPR, first aid, medication, mealtime management and more complex service delivery and care. We want our staff to be knowledgeable, capable and informed about best practice in disability support and care. By working together with our allied-health professionals, our teams learn more about quality of care, meaning that they are consistently building important knowledge.
Security and support
We offer staff fixed-term contracts with benefits including paid time off, sick leave, annual leave and the option to salary package. We ensure that staff can work regular hours to suit their lifestyles.
Building the role based on experience
Support workers can bring their own experience into their roles because we have such a broad variety of programs (i.e., recreation programs, day options, vocational programs). If staff have certain hobbies like painting or gardening, they can run activities that cater to their interests. There is an opportunity to grow, evolve and develop activities, based on your interests and the goals of our clients.
Innovation and making a difference
We build programs and activities around the goals of our clients – whether they are vocational, social or life skills goals. We want to work with people to continue this innovation and create even more opportunities for clients to thrive and participate in activities that are important to them.
Promoting and encouraging diversity
We embrace people from all different backgrounds and promote an inclusive and welcoming environment. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply to bring further breadth and experience to our work.
We’re on the lookout for caring and passionate people just like you to join our team! Hear from our incredible staff as they share what makes working here so rewarding and why they love being part of our community.
