Provide a professional standard of care including hands-on therapy and advice on the management of a broad range of musculoskeletal and neurodevelopmental conditions, and manage a clinical caseload involving the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of an appropriate management program.
Manage a clinical caseload involving the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of an appropriate management program, while supporting and contributing to the development of NDIS plans using a responsive client and family-centred approach.
Manage a clinical caseload while facilitating liaison and support between families, relevant professionals, community and education services. In addition, assess and prescribe equipment and assistive technology where required.
Provide evidence-based interventions that support clients’ social, emotional, cognitive development and the development of appropriate positive behavioural support interventions, including providing professional services to client groups in circumstances requiring increasing complex practice skills.
Our Disability Support Workers play a pivotal role in providing first-hand support in developing an environment of safety and potential for growth and support to the daily needs of children and young people with a disability, whilst assisting them to recognise their potential and achieve their desired goals. The position requires an understanding of and experience in managing complex behaviours in children and young people in a residential setting and willingness to role model appropriate behaviours.
Allied Health Professionals work as part of a team within Novita and are specifically responsible for assisting clients and their families in achieving their goals and maximising their potential. Opportunities for the right candidate exist in the fields of Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology.
