Current Vacancy: Manager Community Programs

With an optimistic focus on embedding services with the new NDIS model, this “once in a generation” opportunity will help shape the way forward for Novita. The newly created role of Manager Community Programs will lead a team of 5 direct reports (and up to 70 staff), and will be responsible for service delivery, operations and outcomes for Novita’s community programs, and for business growth and program development in line with current customer needs.

The position will be an active member of the leadership team reporting to the General Manager Community Programs. Demonstrating an understanding of quality frameworks and a proven ability to lead teams to achieve outcomes, you will be a self-starter with experience innovating new products or services. Current Vacancies: Physiotherapists

Multiple roles exist in Northern, Southern and Central Adelaide as well as regional SA, with full time and part time permanent opportunities available. Novita physiotherapists work alongside a supportive and collaborative team in a multi-disciplinary service for children, youth and young adults with physical disability, autism, acquired brain injuries, and other developmental disorders.

The roles provide a professional standard of care including hands on therapy and advice on the management of a broad range of musculoskeletal and neurodevelopmental conditions, and manage a clinical caseload involving the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of an appropriate management program. Novita psychologists work alongside a supportive and collaborative team in a multi-disciplinary service for children, youth and young adults with physical disability, autism, acquired brain injuries, and other developmental disorders.

The roles provide evidence-based interventions that support clients’ social, emotional, cognitive development and the development of appropriate positive behavioural support interventions, including providing professional services to client groups in circumstances requiring increasing complex practice skills. Novita speech pathologists manage a clinical caseload involving the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of an appropriate management program, while supporting and contributing to the development of NDIS plans using a responsive client and family-centred approach.
