We have more than 700 dedicated and professional staff supporting more than 3,600 clients, along with their families and carers. Our specialist staff includes occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, social workers, psychologists, educators, rehabilitation engineers, orthotists, disability support workers, and more.
Novita’s range of services and supports include assessment and advice, diagnostic services, in-home support, early intervention, physiotherapy, aquatic therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology, orthotics, rehabilitation, social work, day options, group therapy, school holiday programs, and outside school hours’ care. WHO ARE YOU?
We’re looking for the best new graduates or students who are about to complete their undergraduate studies, to join the Novita team. You will need to have:
- integrity and honesty, especially in your dealings with others
- energy, resourcefulness, innovation and flexibility, especially when responding to challenges
- a willingness to work with kids, young people and adults living with disability
- good communication skills
- a willingness to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Novita is committed to expanding its footprint across South Australia and beyond to make sure as many people living with disability as possible have local access to our therapy, equipment and assistive technology services, as well as our Day Options and community programs.
Along with our metropolitan network of therapy hubs, Novita has established regional facilities in the South Australian communities of Port Lincoln, Whyalla and Murray Bridge, along with Broken Hill in western New South Wales.
Our regional hub teams deliver Novita’s high-quality services and supports that meet the needs of people living with disability in those communities, and their families.
