Thank you Riley!

WATCH: The moment amazing Novita kid Riley donates a $5,000 device that supports kids to walk!

Riley lives with cerebral palsy, and when he was younger held a fundraiser with Port Adelaide Football Club players so he could buy and use the device, called a WalkAide.

A WalkAide sends electrical pulses into muscles to improve walking ability.

Now, Riley no longer uses his WalkAide so he has generously donated it to Novita. The video shows the ‘official handover’ with therapist Alex.

This amazing donation will allow countless other Novita kids to trial the assistance of WalkAides, as well as helping Novita’s research project to improve mobility for people living with CP.

We need you!

We need participants for this research, so if you, your child or anyone you know is between the ages of 6 and 19 and lives with CP, click here to find out more. Everyone that participates in the project* will get the opportunity to trial a WalkAide and receive four physiotherapy sessions.
