Novita held its annual corporate Golf Day on Friday 21 April 2017 at the prestigious Kooyonga Golf Club. You can see all the photos here.

Teams competed for the Robyn Chaplin Memorial Trophy (1^st place) which was awarded to BluBuilt Constructions – Captain Nick Deckert and team members Adam Selfe, Ryan Sullivan and Michael Hitch.

Second place went to Keith Golf Club – Captain Rodney Rowsell and team members Daniel Rayson, Timothy Hedges, Daniel Rayson and Anthony Richman

Third place went to Maxxia – Captain Andrew Payze and team members, David Ferraro, Steven Geyer and Paul Burrows.

The on course competition winners were Dixon Green (BSG), Adam Selfe (BluBuilt Constructions) and Nick Wiliams (Pat Hosking Psychology).

Players also had the opportunity to win a Toyota C-HR through our Hole in One competition thanks to Ben Goldsmith and the team from Northpoint Toyota. Unfortunately, there were no lucky winners on the day, but players certainly enjoyed the opportunity.

We were also fortunate to have Heath Riches, Pro Golfer to assist with this year’s event. The teams had the opportunity to “Pay the Pro” to tee off on Hole 18, which certainly helped team handicaps.

Our other generous hole sponsors were Commonwealth Bank and Arte Grafica. We’d also like to thank our 2017 event sponsors Vili’s, Northpoint Toyota, EIB Insurance Brokers and Trelawney Wines for their ongoing support.

Following the round, all players enjoyed a delicious dinner in Kooyonga’s function room, emceed by Scott McBain. Guests then had the opportunity to listen to our special guest speaker, para-golfer Aidan Barry who we thank for joining us on the day. The awards were handed out by our Novita President, the Honorable Rear Admiral Kevin Scarce AC CSC RAN (Rtd), who also played in the Novita team.

We then held our auction, which was a great success, thanks to the talented work of our special guest auctioneer Peter Feist.
